NOMS 101 is taught by Ashley, who is like the helpless teaching assistant who probably doesn't know any more about the teaching matter than you do. But, like a teaching assistant, she's a student too, so she can totally relate to being completely lost while shopping for herself in a grocery store - she's going through it now too.
